This document describes 300BAR's practices for collecting, storing, using, and disclosing of the information (personal or otherwise) about you, that may be obtained through the use of this website. By accessing our Site, or by engaging in business with 300BAR, you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of the information about you. Governing Law

By choosing to visit any of our Site, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this privacy policy will be governed by the law of the Republic of Singapore, without reference to the choice of law or conflicts of law principles thereof, and will be subject to the dispute resolution clause contained in the terms of use applicable. You also agree to abide by any limitation on damages contained in the terms of use applicable to the Site or any other agreement that we have with you.
